What is Abokina?
Abokina is an app for learning Hausa with fun, interactive lessons for all levels. It is perfect for beginners or those wanting to improve.
Which levels are available?
The Beginner level is available now. Intermediate and Advanced levels are coming soon.
Where can I use Abokina?
Abokina is available on the web at app.abokina.africa. Our Android and iOS apps are coming soon.
Can I learn without an internet connection?
Yes. Lessons, audio and your progress are saved on your device, so you can keep learning offline. Your progress syncs the next time you are online.
What is the AI tutor?
The AI tutor is a conversation partner that replies to you in Hausa and English and corrects your Hausa as you practise. Its answers may sometimes be inaccurate, so use it as a learning aid.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete account in the app, or email us at support@abokina.africa and we will delete it for you.
How is my data used?
